EASI:

Equal Access to Software and Information. This page contains links to online email / web workshops on designing accessible web pages. Be sure to check out the EASI home page for more information. Related site tells how web technology has impacted lives of two disabled learners/teachers.

ICAD:

Santa Fe Institute's International Community for Auditory Display is a forum for presenting research on the use of sound to display data, monitor systems, and provide enhanced user interfaces for computers and virtual reality systems.

A freeware braille editor for the Macintosh computer. Full description of necessary hardware and basic instructions on the page.

BRL:

Braille Through Remote Learning is a no-cost, on-line braille training for educators, braillists, parents and students. An offering of the Shodor Education Foundation, Inc.

WhatColor:

Shareware ($8) that identifies the color of chosen pixels. Pixels around the cursor are enlarged for selection. Created for colorblind users by someone who is colorblind himself. PC's only.
